Big Family!
Actually, many people do not consider us a big family. We are a mega family!
People think that 4 kids makes a big family. That would make us, with our 12
kids, 3 big families!!!
My husband, Jud and I live in a small town in rural northern New York. We
enjoy homeschooling, homesteading, and living a simple life along with our
twelve children. I told you we were a big family! Their ages range from two
years old all the way up to just short of 25! God has truly prospered us!
We have been homeschooling since 1993! Our eldest son, Jud, can drive
anything. He has his commercial driver's license, international driver's license,
and even a pilot's license. His goal is to be a missionary who can fly himself
into the places that God is calling him to. He became an ordained minister in
February of 2007! He is hoping to be heading to the mission field in Africa soon.
Our eldest daughter, Jaimie, is the proud momma to Gabriel James! Our son,
Matthew and his wife, Heather, are the happy parents of Makaylia Eileen and
Matthew Nicholas Jr. I love this grandma business! Our other eight children are
still being homeschooled. In their free time, they love to go to their grandfather's
to help him work around his house. They also enjoy going to the nursing
homes and helping our pastor collect items to take to disaster victims around
the country.
That leaves our little Sarah. She spends her days being loved up by the rest
of us!
It is such a blessing to have a big family!!!
